1. Graduate with 6-8 years experience in Govt business

2. Excellent knowledge of GeM Business/ Portal execution

3. Selection of Tenders and checking PQR of tenders for technical and commercial compliance and suitability for participation

4. Seeking Pre-bid clarifications and suitable amendments from concerned departments

5. Creating Products and uploading on GeM portal

6. Preparation and uploading tender documents on GeM portal

7. Reverse Auction participation, where applicable

8. L1 business generation on portal through link sharing

9. EMD and BG preparations. Their submission and collection on completion of tasks/ validity

10. Payment follow up and collection

11.  Analytical and Planning skills

12. Documentation and Coordination for inspections/ testing

13. Coordination for Material despatch from plant and MR from departments
