Job Opportunity: CSR

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Manage and coordinate the end-to-end order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Documentation & Dispatch Coordination: Prepare and maintain all required documentation for shipments; Provide dispatch details & shipment updates to customers.
• Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.
• Communication with Principals: Coordinate with global principals for order requirements, shipment schedules, and product availability.
• Inventory planning: Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements to ensure optimum inventory availability.
• Order Placement: Place purchase orders with principals, track delivery timelines, and ensure compliance with terms.
• Customs Clearance Coordination: Oversee and facilitate customs clearance processes to ensure smooth and timely cargo release.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Commerce Graduate.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in CSR Role.
• Age Limit: 27 to 32 years.
• Strong verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
