Map out potential resources and grant funding opportunities in India
Manage donor data and update periodically
Check Donor s eligibility criteria and ensure that the Areas of Interests (AoIs) are aligned with Janaagraha s Areas of Operations (AoOs)
Prioritize grant funding opportunities based on deadlines
Prepare checklists for identified funding opportunities
Good working knowledge of MS Office Is able to draft sharp slide decks,
Coordinate with other internal departments / teams to collect and collate required documents
Ensure the availability of documents while submitting proposals / bids etc.
Support the Development team in uploading proposals / bids in e-procurement portals, brief write ups, developing pitch decks etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Someone currently pursuing or who has obtained a bachelor s degree or masters in Social Work, Development Studies, Urban Development, Extension Education, Marketing and Communication Management, business administration, or equivalent.

Basic knowledge in fundraising
Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
Proactive stakeholder engagement
Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Documentation skills, data management skills and a quick learner.
