Regional Collections Manager - Gujarat & Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies for two-wheeler loans across the state.
• Set monthly and quarterly collection targets for the state and ensure achievement through proper execution and follow-ups.
• Identify, onboard, and manage external collection agencies for efficient recoveries.
• Ensure timely allocation of cases to the agencies and regular monitoring of their performance.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of agency processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.
• Lead and manage a team of Collection Managers across the state.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to the team for improving collection efficiency.
• Prepare and present periodic reports on collection performance, delinquency levels, and recovery rates.
• Handle escalated cases, including legal proceedings and recovery through asset repossession, if required.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach while dealing with borrowers, ensuring a positive customer experience even in difficult collection scenarios.

Key Skills & Competencies :

• Strong understanding of the two-wheeler finance market and collection processes.
• Proven experience in managing collection agencies and handling large portfolios.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks related to loan recoveries.
