Job Description
- Identify and collect potential leads through market research and various channels.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of leads for future reference.
- Develop compelling pitches to engage and onboard new sellers.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate records of seller information.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the seller database.
- Provide sellers with comprehensive overviews of their accounts.
- Address any concerns or questions sellers may have regarding their accounts.
- Collaborate with sellers to understand their business goals and requirements.
- Discuss and implement effective business plans to drive mutual success.
- Establish and maintain strong communication channels with sellers.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by sellers.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on key performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products/services to existing sellers.
- Implement strategies to maximize cross-selling success.
- Meet and exceed calling targets through effective outreach and engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust calling strategies for optimal results.
- Analyze conversion rates and implement strategies to improve them.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall conversion efficiency.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and close deals.
- Maintain a systematic follow-up process to ensure high conversion rates.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute insights and experiences to improve team performance.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track interactions with sellers.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
