- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks, Naukri Portal etc.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, and in-person interviews
- Address employee grievances, providing support and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records
- Review and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation or hospital needs
- Handle EPFO/PF of the candidates
