Job title: Business Analyst, Associate Consultant

The Transformation Specialist role is a full-time position. The role involves working with clients from various industries to identify areas of improvement and implementing changes to improve their operations. day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, identifying problems, creating and implementing strategies, and communicating with clients on progress and next steps.

Qualifications

1.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify areas of improvement 2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members

3.Project management skills and leadership experience to successfully lead initiatives and team members

4.Ability to bring diverse perspectives to the role

5.Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages is a plus

Interview Process

1.Interview Evaluations

a.Personality, Communication, Work Experience, Knowledge, Values and Career Outlook

2.Test Round (1 to 2 hours max.)

a.Mix of following subjects evaluation

i.Data Analytics using Excel.

ii.Finance Knowledge Test (B/S, P&L, Ratio Analysis).

iii.Strategy, Process or Research Area

3.Leadership Round

a.Meet one of the Leadership team members at J.hirani. The evaluation continues in the areas of knowledge, validation of test outputs, Personality, Outlook, Career Goals, Knowledge, Experience, Strengths and Weaknesses.

b.May involve submitting a Test document during/ post interview

4.Director Level Final Round

a.A round pushing the conversations into more long term Adaptability and Values to find the excitement of candidate towards the team and the job. We are also looking to learn about the Growth and Thought Process of candidates. A match from this round, will lead to final selection.
