HR Intern (PowerPoint & Organogram Specialist)

About the Role:

Jagatjit Industries Ltd. is seeking an HR Intern with strong PowerPoint skills to support the HR team in creating impactful business presentation decks and organizational hierarchies (organograms). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and corporate structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations for business and HR needs.
• Create and update organizational hierarchies/organograms.
• Work closely with HR and leadership to structure and visualize business data effectively.
• Ensure presentations align with corporate branding and communication standards.
• Assist in other HR documentation and reporting tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Good understanding of organizational structure and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelors or Master’s degree (ongoing or completed) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
