About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and efficient Sales Coordinator cum Back Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in driving mechanical car parking system sales while managing administrative support for the parking team.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination:

• Generate leads and initiate cold calls to potential clients.
• Prepare, send, and track proposals and quotations.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until the proposal closes successfully.
• Coordinate with the sales team to streamline and support sales processes.

Back Office Administration:

• Manage documentation, reports, and sales records.
• Coordinate meetings, client visits, and team schedules.
• Ensure smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Support in creating presentations and reports for internal and client purposes.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration or related fields preferred).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office, CRM software, email management, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience: 0-5 years in sales coordination, administrative roles, or similar fields.
• Location: Candidates residing near Hinjewadi IT Park preferred.
