Position: Head of Human Resources

Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead the human resources function at a reputed ceramic tiles manufacturing company in Ahmedabad.
- The ideal candidate will drive the HR strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and vision.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for all levels of the organization.
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
- Implement and maintain competency frameworks for career progression and performance reviews.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Build and maintain a positive work environment through employee engagement programs.
- Address employee grievances and ensure a fair and consistent approach to employee relations.
- Drive initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
HR Operations:
- Manage HR budgets, compliance, and policy adherence in accordance with labor laws.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll, attendance management, and employee benefits.
- Establish robust performance management systems to drive accountability and productivity.
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Introduce leadership development programs for emerging and established leaders.
- Evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes align with business goals.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including labor laws and safety standards.
- Mitigate HR-related risks by proactively addressing potential issues.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing or tiles industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale HR operations and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
