Job Title: MDM SaaS Solution/Technical Architect

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MDM SaaS Solution/Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive Master Data Management (MDM) solutions leveraging both strategic vision and hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of MDM SaaS tools, cloud platforms, and enterprise system integration to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet business objectives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing technical implementations, and ensuring adherence to data governance and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture and Design:

• Develop and maintain scalable MDM architecture leveraging SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Define strategies for managing master data domains such as customer, supplier, product, and finance.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural designs and solutions.

Technical Architecture and Development:

• Design, develop, and implement workflows, data models, and integration pipelines for master data lifecycle management.
• Configure, customize, and optimize MDM SaaS tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud, Reltio, Talend) to meet organizational needs.
• Lead the development of real-time and batch integration processes using APIs, ETL, and cloud-based data services.

Cloud Integration and Deployment:

• Architect and manage integrations between MDM platforms and enterprise systems such as ERPs, CRMs, & cloud data lakes.
• Leverage cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for secure, high-performance data management.
• Design high-availability, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud solutions for MDM implementations.

Data Governance and Quality:

• Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices for master data management.
• Implement and monitor data quality rules and validation checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Develop data lineage tracking and metadata management strategies using MDM tools.

Performance Optimization and Scalability:

• Conduct performance tuning and optimization for MDM platforms to support large-scale enterprise data.
• Implement scalable solutions to accommodate growing data volumes and evolving business requirements.

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for MDM architecture and technical discussions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge-sharing across teams.

Troubleshooting and Support:

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to data pipelines, workflows, and system integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for platform and data-related issues.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date on advancements in MDM tools and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the technical landscape.
• Propose and implement improvements in MDM processes, tools, and governance frameworks.

Documentation and Training:

• Create comprehensive documentation for MDM architecture, data models, workflows, and integration processes.
• Conduct training sessions to promote understanding and adoption of MDM solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:

Professional Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in MDM architecture, with expertise in SaaS platforms and technical implementations.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions for large organizations.
• Experience integrating MDM platforms with ERP, CRM, and BI systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Tableau.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MDM SaaS tools (e.g., Informatica Cloud, Reltio, Talend, TIBCO).
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations, ETL/ELT processes, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services for storage, processing, and security.
• Expertise in data modeling, governance, and master data workflows.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).

Analytical and Leadership Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex data and technical challenges.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred):
