Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene Standards:

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all company premises.
• Establish and implement hygiene protocols and checklists for different areas.
• Perform routine inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

2. Team Supervision:

• Manage and lead the Housekeeping staff to ensure effective cleaning practices.
• Provide training and guidance on safe and efficient cleaning techniques.
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning shifts and work assignments.

3. Inventory and Supplies Management:

• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Order and replenish stock as needed, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
• Oversee the maintenance and safe use of cleaning equipment.

4. Health and Safety Compliance:

• Ensure that all hygiene practices meet local health and safety regulations.
• Report any health and safety hazards to the relevant department.
• Implement measures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe environment.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, incidents, and inspections.
• Prepare reports on hygiene standards and present recommendations for improvements.

6. Collaboration with Other Departments:

• Work closely with other departments to support hygiene requirements for company events and activities.
• Assist in coordinating deep cleaning or specialized cleaning as needed.
