As a member of Jabsons Foods' Quality Control team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conducting quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Research harmful food additives to develop substitutes and make foods safer and healthier
• Check quality, hygiene and safety standards at all stages of the production process to strive for continuous improvement
• Write reports on Products, Hygiene, Quality
• Supporting in the training of staff on quality standards and procedures

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Food Technology, B. Tech/B.E. in Food tech /M.Sc./M. Tech Food Science / Food Tech
• Strong interest in Quality Control and willingness to learn and develop skills in this area.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Experience

• 7 to 9 Years of Experience

• 6.5 LPA to 9.0 LPA
