Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced .Net Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation in C#/.NET frameworks and have hands-on experience with backend and database development. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies.
• Actively participate in coding, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices in software development.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
• Manage code repositories using Git, following best practices in version control, branching, and merging strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in .NET technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in C# / .NET (Full Framework)
• Experience with .NET Core / .NET (8)
• Hands-on expertise in ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with REST Services and API design principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions
• Knowledge of task scheduling, batching, and background worker processing
• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
• Familiarity with React, HTML, and CSS for use within ASP.NET MVC is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, contributing to overall team success
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience/training)
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with .NET technologies
