Role & responsibilities
This position will be responsible for the role of personal assistant to Managing Director and COO.
Responsibilities
Coordinate & schedule meetings for MD and COO, scheduling appointments, paperwork, prepare presentations, attending meetings and preparing minutes, accompany MD / COO / Director in various internal & external programs, prepare and share MIS with management team, the candidate should be capable enough to handle administration related roles and responsibilities, prepare travel plan for MD & COO as well as travel bookings and arrangements for MD & COO.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate / Post Graduate candidate in any discipline. should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in industry or manufacturing setup and should have worked closely with top management executives and directors.
Candidate should have excellent communication and schedule planning skills. should be able to perform exceptionally well under stressful and challenging situations.
Candidate should have readiness to travel along with MD / COO as need arises for local travels. candidate should be proficient in excel, power point and basic IT skills.
Immediate Joiners within 30 days will be preferred.
This position is only for male candidates.
