Objective:
The Strategy & Operations Personnel will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives across people management, client governance, service offerings, marketing, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. People Strategy (50%):
- Ensure high-performing talent is regularly inducted into the organization.
- Manage talent effectively, ensuring retention and growth.
- Track team performance and take necessary corrective actions.
- Implement attrition control measures to maintain workforce stability.
2. Client Governance Strategy (10%):
- Ensure consistent engagement with all client POCs per the agreed governance model.
- Deliver regular governance reports as required.
3. Offering Strategy (20%):
- Develop and enhance offshore tech team offerings.
4. Marketing Strategy (10%):
- Create high-quality client collateral to support branding and sales.
- Oversee website maintenance and ensure updates align with business needs.
- Implement lead generation strategies for business growth.
5. Operations (10%):
- Oversee background verification (BGV) of candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date database through HRMS for seamless operations.
Reporting & Accountability:
Reporting:
- Daily/weekly performance reports.
- Monthly performance reviews.
- Team Key Result Areas (KRA) tracking.
- Quarterly business performance management reports.
- The role reports directly to iXceed Management.
Accountability:
- The Strategy & Operations Personnel will be held accountable for achieving the assigned KRAs.
