Head - Exports - Chemical Products (14-20 yrs)

Customer Identification and Relationship Management

- Identify potential customers for Chemical Products through market research, industry network and trade shows

- Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers, ensuring ongoing communication

- Handle customers inquiries, negotiate pricing and terms and ensure timely follow up

Order Procurement and Shipment Planning

- Manage end to end order procurement process, ensuring all customer specifications for Chemical products

- Plan shipments in coordination with the plant, ensuring availability of the products and adhering to regulatory and safety standards

- Prepare detailed shipment plans including documentation, schedules and logistics

- Shipment Execution and Coordination

- Coordinate with shipping agents and transport companies to execute shipments efficiently and cost effectively

- Ensure all export documentation are accurate and compliant with international regulations

- Monitor shipment progress and address any issue such as delays, non-compliance or discrepancies to ensure timely delivery

Internal Coordination and Compliance

- Work closely with production, R&D and marketing team and logistic teams to ensure that export orders are fulfilled according to the schedule

- Collaborate with regulatory and legal team to handle any trade barriers, custom issues, or compliance related challenges

Logistics and Transportation

- Manage the transportation ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety standards,

- Select optimal shipping route, carriers and methods balancing the cost time and risk

- Continuously review and optimize the logistics process to ensure cost efficiency and service quality

Billing and Payment Process

- Handle payment terms, credit notes and other financial agreements with customers

- Address any payment related issues by collaborating with customers and internal teams
