Job Summary:.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the overall marketing strategy at Itvedant Education Pvt.Ltd.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the EdTech sector, strong analytical and creative capabilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, driving business growth, and ensuring strong market positioning through innovative strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Business Growth:
- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor the overall business marketing strategy to align with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop marketing strategies for product promotion and business expansion.
- Guide and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, business development, product development, distribution channel management, and customer service.
- Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and high ROI.
- Conduct surveys and case studies to gain customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram).
- Optimize campaigns through Ad Testing, Bid Management, Conversion Tracking, and Performance Reporting.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives including blog posts, email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and landing pages.
- Develop creative and compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and digital artworks.
- Generate high-quality leads through digital channels and refine lead nurturing processes to maximize conversions.
Branding, Public Relations & Advertising:
- Manage corporate branding efforts and maintain a strong public presence.
- Develop and execute advertising strategies across digital, print, and event marketing.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies, media houses, PR firms, and event organizers to enhance brand visibility.
- Increase reviews and ratings on various platforms to strengthen the organization's online reputation.
SEO, Website & Mobile App Management:
- Develop and execute strong SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee website redevelopment and mobile app enhancements, ensuring an optimized user experience.
- Manage and optimize the company's YouTube channel, ensuring high engagement and growth.
Competitor & Market Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand their marketing strategies, pricing models, and brand positioning.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in the market to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing performance and customer engagement.
Skills & Competencies:.
- EdTech experience is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and YouTube channel management.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Extensive knowledge across production, information technology, legal, and finance disciplines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to strategize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing and marketing automation tools
