SAP FICO Profile Support Role

Experience: 3-8 years in SAP FI (Finance) module

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in SAP FI module is a plus.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience working with SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module. Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure to SAP are welcome to apply.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with SAP FI module configuration and standard functionalities.
• Basic understanding of financial accounting processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting).
• Knowledge of SAP transaction codes and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with reporting tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and document solutions.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as SAP Basis, ABAP, and other support teams.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO) and integration with FI.
• Experience in working in a multi-country or multi-currency environment.
• Knowledge of the finance and accounting processes in large organizations or ERP systems.
