Roles & Responsibilities
Global Process Ownership for solutions related to resource allocation
Interpret data, analyzing results using statistical techniques.
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Designing, creating, coding, testing, and maintaining SW applications, Reports, and analytical systems
Occasionally present results and updates to senior management and key stakeholders/sponsors
Partner with IT in systems architecture definition, development, and solution validation
Interface to product vendors to facilitate issue resolution and product enhancements
Continuous improvement of overall resource planning solution and user experience
Education
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
1 to 2 years of business or data analyst experience; New product development experience helps
Must be proficient with:
MS Office SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Web Application development (C++, HTML, etc.)
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft Apps Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Workflow, Power Queries
Preferred Experience with:
