Business Process Associate

Job Family Summary

Develops and delivers detailed technology solutions through project activities. This role will act as an interface between business process owners, Program Management Office team and IT Partner. Need to be comfortable analyzing data, working with SQL, and doing data visualization and modeling. Requires strong communication and organizational skills

Level Summary

A skilled specialist that completes tasks in a resourceful & effective way. Responsible for the weekly planning and delivery of technical, operative or administrative services related to the Resource Planning Environment. Learns to use/apply professional concepts or develops professional expertise, interpreting and using company policies and practices to resolve solution and customer issues on a variety of problems in own discipline/specialist area. Adapts practices within company policies using acquired technical consulting, system integration, system implementation and/or managed services techniques to complete complex assignments and achieve goals. Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises independent judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions that may significantly impact business operations. Recognized by peers to be credible and leader of some team efforts.
