Branch Manager/Branch Head / Senior Business Development Manager

The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company management, this candidate is responsible for Sales, Client Relationship Management, Hiring, Training, and dismissing any employees at the branch.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities.
• Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
• Maintain fruitful relationships with current customers and establish good relationships with new ones.
• Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
• Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
• Communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally
• Responsible to handle Branch team (10 15)

Qualifications

• Post Graduate or Graduate With equivalent in Business Management
• 4+ years' of management or supervisory experience
• Experience in sales and marketing Profile
