ITHENA - Senior DevOps Engineer - CI/CD Pipeline (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Automate the provisioning, configuration, and management of servers, databases, and other cloud resources.

- CI/CD Pipeline Management : Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Implement automated build, test, and deployment processes.

- Cloud Platform Management : Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Manage and optimize cloud resources, monitor performance, and ensure security best practices are followed.

- Containerization and Orchestration : Utilize containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or ECS. Build and deploy containerized applications.

- Monitoring and Logging : Implement and maintain monitoring and logging systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or CloudWatch. Proactively identify and resolve performance issues.

- Automation : Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Develop

automation scripts for infrastructure management, deployment, and other operational tasks.

- Collaboration : Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery. Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

- Troubleshooting : Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues. Identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

- Security : Implement security best practices in all aspects of DevOps. Ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

- Documentation : Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a DevOps role.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS).

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).

- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with specific cloud provider certifications (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps

- Engineer Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).

- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

- Experience with database administration.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
