The quality of school education available to students from low-income communities across India is abysmal.Their chances of attending college, or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers,condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo andcreate a level playing field for ALL children.

Responsibilities 

At iTeach, we believe that great schools need great people, not just in classrooms, but across the entire organization. Were looking for someone who can help us find and bring in the right talent for both our schools and central teams.In this role, you will build strong hiring pipelines across various roles, whether it's teachers, school leaders, or operations specialists. Youll collaborate closely with incredibly aspirational colleges, creatively leverage social media, and engage in conversations that inspire educators and professionals to join the community of iTeach Schools where they can truly thrive, all while ensuring that the right people apply for the right roles. 

Building Win-Win Partnerships (40%)

• Cultivate strong relationships with Placement Coordinators, Principals, College administrators, and key stakeholders from aspirational colleges. 
• Design creative and impactful programs that bring students from top universities closer to iTeachs mission while theyre still in college, through volunteering, college events, campus ambassador programs, & more.
• Lead recruitment campaigns that match talented students with internship and full-time placement opportunities.

Outreach (40%)

• Drive strategies to boost iTeach’s visibility among top educators and leaders in the education reform space. (e.g., attend networking events at cross-organizational levels and build relationships with people on similar missions)
• Partner with the communications team to enhance our online presence to build our credibility among key audiences (Educators, other NGOs, Volunteers, and aspiring teachers who visit our Social Media handles)
• Collaborate with the College to Careers team to engage our alumni and make iTeach Schools one of their top priorities when applying 
• Create early immersion programs to engage high-potential candidates and increase selectivity.(eg: Conduct Immersion visits and workshops for aspiring educators) 

Data Analytics (20%)

• Analyze and track recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to optimize recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with the team to refine strategies based on data-driven insights.

Who are we looking for?

• A person with a passion for connecting with people and building lasting relationships.
• A person who can identify and inspire high-potential candidates to join a mission-driven organization.
• A person with a creative mindset to leverage outreach strategies, including social media and partnerships.
• A person with strong organizational and project management skills to drive recruitment campaigns and selection processes.
• A minimum of 2 years of work-experience, preferably in an education institution or a non-profit organization

Compensation and Benefits: We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 5.1 - 6 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits. These benefits include PF, gratuity, medical insurance (up to 3 lakh PA), paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.
