Logistics Officer

Role & responsibilities:

• Hold End to end expertise is managing entire value chain and life cycle of core business processes like Account Planning market penetration -- RFI RFP/RFQ Solutioning Negotiations – contracting – Implementations – Go-LIVE – Stabilizations.
• Integrated Solutions and Operations Excellence – with higher complexities across supply chain – solutions made to optimize their end-to-end needs and benefits on PQCD model.
• Process Standardization, developing functional competencies, exploring avenues for automation, digitization, and innovations at operating sites. Evolve/ develop consistent common operating procedures to improve productivity and operations excellence to add values.
• Identify, mitigate risks within logistics and entire eco system taking sufficient proactive measures.
• Leading SCM & Logistics Projects for the clients related to Process improvement, process mapping, operations excellence, cost saving, logistic cost optimization, structured review cadence systems.
• Good working relationships, Co-ordination, discussion & communication with all stakeholders.
• Safely and Quality Assurance - Ensure safe working practices and develop safety culture.
• Developing a high-performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize, direct, for efficient and effective functional department.
• P&L controls and profitability enhancement through structured sustainable approach, cost management.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Data Analytics with SQL & Power BI/Tableau
2. RFP/RFQ knowledge
3. Knowledge in SAP.
