Logistics and Store Associate Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or inventory management systems.
• SAP Material Stock Confirmation and invoicing.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and distribution of goods.
• Ensure timely dispatch of materials and finished goods to meet production and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Oversee proper handling, labelling, and storage of items to avoid damage or loss.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures in the store and logistics operations.
• Follow FIFO system for all products.
• Approve replenishment orders and adjustments to inventory levels.
• Decide on transportation modes and logistics providers to ensure cost and time efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
