We are seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented individual for airline voice process role. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to airline passengers through voice interaction.

Job Location: A-37, GATE NO. 2 , noida Sector- 60, nearest metro station 59.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Calls from Airline Passengers.
• Assist customers with Flight booking, ticket cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and other related services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in any travel industry within a BPO setting is mandatory (airline, car rental, hotel reservation, train, etc)
• Skills: Proficiency in English
• Education: Graduates only
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
