Our organization employes women across geographies and like all of us you will be working from home.

For the locaton India, we are hiring an HR Business Partner who will be responsible for the end to end Recruitment, HR, Learning and Development and setting up and nurturing a culture of top performance and ambition. You will coordinate with internal recruiters and different Hiring Managers in India and Europe. You will ensure your Hiring Managers are hiring the best of women.

In this role, you talk on a strategic, tactical and operational level with our leadership.

You will come up with innovative ways to create a culture of high performance and rewards

You will create the grounds for our Academy - fast learning and fast pacing organisation in collaboration with your peers.

You will set up branding initiatives.
