Position: HRBP
Location: Bangalore - Corporate
Reports to: Talent Evangelist
Job Type: Full-time -6daysworking, 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
Job Overview:
The HRBP will play a critical role in managing and driving key HR functions, focusing on Talent Management, Leadership Development, and Performance Management. This role demands a mix of big-picture thinking and hands-on work to make sure our people power the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Identify and nurture 2nd Line Leadership to ensure a robust leadership pipeline for critical roles.
2. Critical Skill Mapping & Succession Planning:
- Conduct critical skill mapping across the organization to identify gaps and areas of strength.
- Design and implement succession planning strategies for critical roles to ensure business continuity.
3. 360 Feedback & Individual Development Plans (IDP):
- Manage the 360 feedback process to support leadership and employee development.
- Oversee the creation and execution of IDPs aligned with organizational goals and employee aspirations.
4. Retention Strategies:
- Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize turnover
- Implement targeted retention programs for critical roles.
5. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process including Goal Setting, Mid-Term Performance Review (MTPR), Annual Performance Review (APR), and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
- Ensure that performance management practices align with organizational objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
6. Rewards & Recognition:
- Design and manage rewards and recognition programs, including Employee of the Month (EOM), Employee of the Quarter (EOQ), and other initiatives.
- Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
7. On boarding & Employee Integration:
- Manage the on boarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires through 30-60-90 day plans and the Buddy Program.
- Work closely with new employees to ensure their successful integration into the organization.
8. Policies & Processes:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and organizational needs.
- Lead Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives to strengthen the organization's brand as an employer of choice.
9. Support other HR initiatives:
-Collaborate on wellness program
- Ensure compliance with HR governance
- Manage Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Management, and Leadership Development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives.
