Job Description

  • Foster teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilise technology & tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members.
  • Be actively involved in team building activity for strong group/team synergy
  • Contribute to the learning & development agenda and knowledge harnessing initiatives
    Minimum qualifications
    • Bachelors/Master s Degree in Commerce / Economics / MBA/ BBA (or) Chartered Accountant. Advanced certifications such as CIA, CISA, CAMS, or relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous.
    • Experience in 2nd line or 3rd line of defence of Banks (preferably UK banks)
    • Strong knowledge of UK banking regulations, industry standards, and best practices, including but not limited to FCA and PRA regulations.
    • Understanding of audit concepts and regulations
    • Candidates with 810 years of relevant experience in similar role, preferably with a Big 4 or equivalent
