RPA Developer - IT Process Automation (6-10 yrs)

Job Title : Senior RPA Developer / Engineer

Experience : 7+ years

Skills Required : SAP IRPA (mandatory), RPA Development, JavaScript, Process Automation, Web/Windows/Email/Outlook/SAP GUI/BAPI Automations

Location : Remote

Work Timing : (7 AM IST - 4 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities :

- RPA Development : Design and implement automation solutions using SAP IRPA (mandatory V1 knowledge).

- Guidance : Independently develop and provide mentorship to junior developers, including conducting source code reviews.

- Automation Expertise : Handle web, windows, email, outlook, API, SAP GUI, and BAPI automations effectively.

- Programming : Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.

- Problem-Solving : Utilize excellent analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex automation challenges.

- Documentation : Create documentation following COE frameworks and standards.

- Support : Assist with UAT and post-production verification.

- Continuous Learning : Stay updated on SAP IRPA product releases and roadmap. Participate in beta programs, POCs, migrations, and feature testing.

- Communication Skills : Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Fluent in written and spoken English.
