Encora - RPA Developer - IT Automation (6-10 yrs)

Skills :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) for automation workflows.

- Proficiency in Power Apps, AI Builder, and Power Platform tools for intelligent automation.

- Strong knowledge of API integrations (REST, SOAP), connectors, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, or C#.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

- Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for debugging and optimizing workflows.

- Attention to detail to ensure process accuracy and reliability.

- Excellent communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

- Team player with a collaborative and resourceful approach to automation projects.
