Location: Cyber Towers- Hyderabad (Day 1 On-Site)
Work Timings: Night Shifts - From 7.00 PM to 4.00 AM IST

Responsibilities :

* Market bench consultants.
* Maintain active bench list.
* Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD, and H1B and H1B Transfers.
* Develop cordial relationships with tier 1 vendors and get more requirements from them.
* Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit it to the vendor.
* Monitor and capture the new areas of the market.
* Develop new business areas and tier 1 vendors.
* Cold calling.
* updating resumes on all job boards.
* Constantly updating the vendor database.
* Create vendor database client-wise, region.
