Domestic Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and placement.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates for various technical positions (e.g., software developers, systems engineers, network administrators, data analysts, cybersecurity professionals).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific IT needs and job requirements.
• Utilize a variety of recruiting channels (job boards, social media, networking events, employee referrals) to identify and attract top candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide candidates with information regarding company culture, job requirements, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and offer details.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
