IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive IT Systems Administrator to manage IT operations, infrastructure, security, and user support. The role involves system monitoring, cloud administration, compliance enforcement, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:

• System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor network/server health, perform routine maintenance, and ensure data backup integrity.
• Technical Support: Manage IT helpdesk, resolve hardware/software issues, document resolutions, and handle user onboarding.
• Security & Compliance: Monitor threats, enforce security policies (VPN, endpoint protection), and support ISO/SOC 2 compliance audits.
• Infrastructure & Cloud Management: Manage IT assets, deployment of assets, optimize cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), and coordinate upgrades.
• Cost & License Management: Track software usage, optimize licensing, ans negotiate vendor contracts.
• Collaboration & Project Support: Work with teams to enhance IT solutions, manage user roles in SaaS applications, and support IT projects.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with security protocols, ITSM tools, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, cost management, and vendor negotiation skills.
