Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored for B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Keyword Research: Conduct extensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities that resonate with B2B customers.
• On-Page and Off-Page SEO: Optimize website content, metadata, and backlink strategies to enhance visibility and authority in search engines.
• Technical SEO: Work with web development teams to implement best practices in technical SEO, including site audits, indexing issues, and mobile optimization.
• Content Collaboration: Partner with content and marketing teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that addresses the needs of B2B clients.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track SEO performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights.
• Reporting and Insights: Create regular reports on SEO metrics and performance, sharing insights with stakeholders to inform ongoing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Integration: Collaborate with other digital marketing teams (PPC, social media, email marketing) to ensure cohesive marketing strategies that drive lead generation and conversion.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of SEO specialists, fostering professional development and collaboration.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, applying insights to enhance strategies.

Qualifications:

• Any bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of experience in SEO, specifically in a B2B context(US Market), with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
• Strong understanding of all digital marketing aspects, including content marketing, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
