Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement creative social media strategies to enhance iSmartRecruit s brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, blogs, videos, infographics, etc.) that aligns with the recruitment industry trends and resonates with our audience.
Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow our online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and fostering discussions around recruitment software and industry insights.
Brand Building: Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visuals across all platforms to strengthen iSmartRecruit s brand identity.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, including paid advertisements, to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Industry Networking: Collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and partner organisations to amplify iSmartRecruit s brand reach.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve strategies and achieve KPIs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing and sales goals.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, recruitment industry developments, and competitor activities to keep iSmartRecruit ahead of the curve.
Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 1 3 years of experience in social media management, branding, or digital marketing. Experience working with B2B SaaS products or recruitment-related industries is a plus.
Skills: Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or platform-specific tools). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar. Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities tailored to a professional audience. Understanding of recruitment trends, industry terminology, and B2B marketing strategies. Ability to interpret social media analytics and optimise performance.
Personal Attributes: Highly creative with strong attention to detail. Organised and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
