Food And Beverage Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Server for our innovative restaurant & bar in the Andamans. The venue hosts an open kitchen and bar. We serve a gastronomic creative menu so great English language, interpersonal and social skills are essential.

• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all China, glass, and silver prior to use.
• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to service standards.
• Answer questions on menu selections.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate will be a hospitality university graduate with 1-4 years of experience. Previous bar experience will be considered a plus.
