Designation : - Senior Manager - Admission & Marketing

Exp: - 8+

Location - Bangalore

Salary - 12 LPA

• Take full ownership of admissions numbers and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Develop strategies to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
• Allocate team targets and optimize resources for maximum efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
• Mentor and guide a team of Counselors, Admissions Executives, and Tele-counselors.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive productivity and conversions.
• Conduct training and induction programs for new hires.
• Plan and execute seminars, webinars, and outreach activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, admission data, and competitive dynamics to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with the University and Student Management Office on admission norms and fee structures.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance the institutions online presence.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design impactful brochures, videos, and other promotional materials.
• Develop, manage, and optimize the departmental budget, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless admission process.

Desired Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Masters in marketing or a related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in the admissions domain.
• Demonstrated experience in admissions and marketing within the education sector, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt strategies in response to dynamic market conditions.
