Location - Bangalore/Chennai/Mangalore/Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lecture Delivery:

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lectures on ACCA subjects according to the syllabus.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
• Ensure lectures are aligned with ACCA guidelines and best practices.

2. Student Support:

• Provide guidance and support to students throughout their ACCA studies.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve.
• Mentor and coach students to enhance their understanding of complex concepts.

3. Material Development:

• Develop and update study materials, notes, and resources for ACCA courses.
• Design mock exams and practice tests to prepare students for ACCA examinations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ACCA syllabus changes and exam techniques.

4. Quality Assurance:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and continuous professional development activities.

5. Administration:

• Assist in the coordination and administration of exams and other student assessments.
• Collaborate with the academic team to organize events, seminars, and workshops.
• Handle student inquiries and provide timely and accurate information about ACCA courses.

Qualifications:

• Qualified ACCA member or holder of an equivalent accounting qualification.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or training ACCA students is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of ACCA syllabus and exam structure.
