We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts within the BFSI sector. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients within the BFSI sector.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and industry events.
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the BFSI sector.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its challenges.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
