Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will take on a more autonomous role within our marketing team, leading design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with various departments to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Design Leadership:
Lead the creation of visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, social media content, website visuals, presentations, infographics, and corporate publications.
Conceptualize and execute design projects that align with marketing strategies and business goals.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and interns within the team.
Brand Development:
Ensure all visual communications adhere to and enhance iResearch Services brand guidelines.
Play a key role in evolving the brand s visual identity, contributing fresh ideas and innovative design solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand strategies across all channels.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, digital marketers, and external vendors, to achieve project objectives.
Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine final outputs.

Advanced Design Skills:
Utilize advanced features of Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to produce high-quality visuals.
Create interactive and multimedia content, such as animations, motion graphics, or video snippets, to enhance engagement.
Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into our creative processes.
Quality Control:
Conduct thorough reviews of all design materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project requirements.
Implement best practices for file management, version control, and archiving of design assets.

Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Strong foundation in design principles, including advanced typography, color theory, and layout design.

Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience with UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD is a plus.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.

Language Skills:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and effectively.

Experience:
4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team or creative agency.
Proven track record of managing design projects and delivering impactful visual solutions.
A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and demonstrating high-level design skills.
