Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Head to lead our efforts in promoting skill development initiatives through online and offline courses. The role demands expertise in corporate training, government collaborations, and leveraging CSR funding for impactful projects.


Role & responsibilities


  • Strategic Sales & Marketing:
  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CEMSs training programs, including online and offline courses.
  2. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to achieve sales target

  • Partnership Development:
  1. Build partnerships with government bodies, corporates, and academia to drive skill development initiatives.
  2. Engage with corporates to utilize CSR funds for impactful training projects.

  • Corporate Training & Upskilling:
  1. Design and market training programs tailored to the skill enhancement needs of corporate employees.
  2. Promote long-term courses aligned with industry requirements.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Collaborate with government entities to execute skill development and policy-driven projects.
  2. Establish strong relationships with corporate clients and academic institutions.

  • Market Expansion:
  1. Monitor and analyze trends in skill development, maritime, and industrial sectors to drive growth.
  2. Identify regional and national opportunities for business expansion.

  • Team Leadership:
  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  2. Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.

  • Presentation & Communication:
  1. Deliver impactful presentations to diverse stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  2. Effectively communicate CEMSs mission, vision, and value propositions.


Preferred candidate profile

  1. Experience of minimum 15 years in sales and marketing within the EdTech, skill development, or related industries. A graduate engineer in Mechanical / Electrical engineering preferably with an MBA.
  2. Languages proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  3. Expertise in corporate training, government collaborations, and CSR-driven projects.
  4. Strong understanding of CSR funding mechanisms, industry trends, and long-term training solutions.
  5. Should posses exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  6. Exceptional networking skills across corporates, government bodies, and academia.
  7. Visionary leader with a passion for driving skill development and education.
  8. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  9. Strategic thinker capable of managing diverse stakeholders.
