Roles & Responsibilities
1. Develop Brand Strategies: Driving brand growth, visibility, and revenue through innovative strategies and execution across the different segments/verticals.
2. Brand Leadership: To manage and execute end-to-end branding strategies, from market research and consumer insights to creative development, media planning, and campaign execution across both online and offline channels (ATL, BTL, and Digital).
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (sales, Graphic Designers, PR, digital, creative) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
4. Students & Parents-Centric Marketing: Expertise in developing and implementing student-focused marketing plans, leveraging data-driven insights to shape product positioning, messaging, and marketing communication strategies to enhance students engagement and brand loyalty.
5. Stakeholder Management: Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, students, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with brand goals and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
6. Digital & Social Media Expertise: Led social media and digital campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & YouTube), optimizing paid campaigns, SEO strategies, and website content to maximize lead generation and brand visibility.
7. Product & Brand Marketing Excellence: Managed the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches, brand positioning.
