Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, focusing on solution design and implementation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM projects using ServiceNow platform.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience as a Technical Architect or similar role with expertise in ServiceNow platform (ITAM/ITOM).
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.) Certified Technical Architect Certification is Mandatory
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development concepts such as workflow automation, data modeling, scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript), etc.
- Experience working with various modules within the ServiceNow platform including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management etc.
