Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Work from Office, GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India

Experience: 4 to 6 Year

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage an actionable business development calendar to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Procure new clients through direct outreach, networking, and collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Attend industry events and research to build connections with prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Draft business proposals and contracts to drive new revenue opportunities.
  • Review and act on client feedback to improve services and business strategies.
  • Send targeted campaigns and schedule appointments with interested leads.
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles and use the platform to generate and nurture leads.
  • Automation Tool implement lead generation automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Present ideas clearly to diverse audiences, tailoring messages to the audience.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Develop persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations to engage clients.
  • Utilize tools like Waalaxy, Dripify, Apollo.io, and Brevo for efficient lead generation and outreach.
  • Leverage LinkedIn automation to prospect and engage with potential clients at scale.
  • Communicate effectively with senior executives (Managers, Directors) to drive business opportunities.
  • Create and deliver tailored company introductions and service demos to prospects.
  • Design and execute targeted email and social media campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects and partners to maintain engagement and move deals forward.
  • Prepare and present professional PowerPoint presentations to clients and prospects.
  • CRM & Spreadsheet Management: Use spreadsheets and CRM systems to track leads, contacts, and deal progress.
  • Source new contacts through aggregators or job networking platforms to build and grow the lead database.
