POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced UX Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a UX Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our UX practice, driving strategy for client projects, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in user experience design and strategy, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Driving UX/CRO strategy for key clients:

- Define and drive the overall UX strategy for client projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform strategic decisions.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective UX strategies.

- Present and communicate UX strategies, concepts, and designs to clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and success.

- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.

Evolve the UX/CRO practice in the organization

- Collaborate with other SMEs in the organization for development and implementation of UX processes, standards, and best practices within the organization, championing the value of UX design and advocating for user-centric approaches across the company.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to develop and execute user-centric solutions.

- Identify and implement tools and technologies to enhance the UX practice.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and impact of our UX practice.

- Mentor the UX/CRO team

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of junior UX practitioners and CRO analysts, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages professional growth and development.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 10+ years of experience in UX design and strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.

- Extensive knowledge of UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Axure).

- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
