Preschool Principal / Head

Position Summary:
The Head of Preschools Division will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and educational excellence of our preschool centers. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education, a strong business acumen, and the ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a vision and strategy for the Preschools Division that aligns with the companys overall mission and goals.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure operational excellence across all preschool locations, including compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.
• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with educational experts to design and implement an innovative, child-centered curriculum that promotes holistic development.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor center directors and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
• Parent Engagement: Develop strategies to engage parents as partners in their children’s education and foster strong relationships with the community.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgets, ensure cost-effective operations, and drive revenue growth through enrollment and retention strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and regularly evaluate the performance of centers, implementing improvements as needed.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and integrate them into the division’s practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make informed decisions.
• Passion for education and a commitment to creating nurturing learning environments.
