Role Overview:
The Area Head is responsible for overseeing and ensuring smooth operations across multiple preschool and daycare centers in Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on managing center operations, financial accountability, staff coordination, client relations, and marketing initiatives to enhance the overall growth and reputation of the centers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Center Operations Management
   
• Ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations at all assigned centers.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Address and resolve parent escalations promptly and professionally.
2. Fee Collection and Management
   
• Oversee timely fee collection and follow-ups with parents for pending dues.
• Maintain accurate fee records and report to the finance team.
3. Petty Cash Handling
   
• Manage and track petty cash for all centers under the assigned area.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to budgets.
4. Attendance Management
   
• Oversee staff and student attendance records.
• Address discrepancies and ensure adherence to attendance policies.
5. Walk-ins and Admissions
   
• Supervise walk-in queries and guide center managers to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track conversions.
6. CRM & Relationship Management
   
• Build and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
7. Marketing and Events
   
• Organize and oversee marketing events to increase visibility and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
8. Parent Escalations
   
• Act as the point of contact for resolving complex parent issues.
• Implement measures to prevent recurring escalations.
9. Maintenance and Operations
   
• Monitor and address maintenance issues at centers promptly.
• Ensure all centers adhere to operational standards and regulatory compliance.
