Job Summary:

The Centre Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the preschool and daycare center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children. This role involves managing staff, maintaining standards of care and education, liaising with parents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee the daily functioning of the preschool and daycare, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage schedules, including timetables for staff, activities, and breaks.
• Ensure the center adheres to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain and manage attendance records for staff and children.

2. Staff Management:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of teaching and support staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals and operational updates.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff members.

3. Curriculum and Program Implementation:

• Oversee the implementation of the preschools curriculum and daycare activities.
• Ensure that programs are engaging, age-appropriate, and meet the developmental needs of children.
• Monitor the quality of teaching and learning experiences.

4. Parent Engagement:

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, feedback, and inquiries.
• Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and share updates on child progress.
• Promote a collaborative relationship between parents and the center.

5. Financial Management:

• Manage budgets, including fee collection and expense tracking.
• Assist in resource allocation, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
