Center Head

Reports To: Regional Manager/Director
Location: Kalyan Mumbai

Position Summary:

The Center Head is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the unit. This role requires a dynamic individual who can foster a positive environment for children, staff, and parents while maintaining operational excellence and educational integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a team of teachers and support staff to deliver exceptional early childhood education.
• Curriculum Oversight: Implement and oversee the curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational goals and best practices.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth.
• Parent Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and the community, addressing concerns and promoting involvement in centers activities.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, enrollment, and compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of education and care, implementing improvements as needed.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the centers budget and resources effectively to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Crisis Management: Handle emergencies and unforeseen situations with professionalism and poise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, including leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing a team and working with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Passion for education and creating nurturing learning environments.
